Here are more of the recipes I am using this summer with freezer meals.
Yummy Grilled Chicken
2 lb chicken breasts, 1/4 cup cider vinegar, 3 Tbl dijon mustard, 3 cloves garlic, juice from one lime, 1/2 of one lemon juiced, 1/4 cup brown sugar, 1 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp pepper, 1/4 cup oil.
Grill, bake or crock pot this chicken. If you grill, take marinade and simmer on stovetop till reduced by half.
2.5 lb pork roast, 1 Tbl Hawaiian salt, 1 Tbl liquid smoke, 3 Tsp garlic minced.
Cook in crock pot on low for 8-12 hours. Shred, eat with rice
Chicken Philly Cheesesteak
1 1/2 lb chicken breasts, 2 green bell peppers sliced, 1 onion sliced, 14 oz chicken broth, 1 pkg italian dressing mix, 2 garlic cloves.
Crock pot for 6-7 hours on low, or 3=4 hours on high. Shred and spoon onto hoagie buns with toasted provolone cheese.
Sweet and Sour meatballs
1 1/2lb cooked meatballs, 1/2 onion chopped, 1 bell pepper chopped, 1 can pineapple tidbits with juice, 3/4 cup sugar, 4 Tbl ketsup, 1/2 cup white vinegar, 1 Tbl soy sauce, 1 tsp garlic salt
serve over rice. Cook in crock pot on low for 4 hours
Teriyaki pork Chops
2-3 lb pork chops, 2 tsp garlic minced, 2 Tbl brown sugar, 1/4 cup soy sauce, 1/3 cup chicken broth, 1 tsp sesame oil, 1/4 tsp ginger,
cook crock pot on low 4-5 hours till tender
