Smoothie packs- $3.75 each
2 cups fresh spinach, 1 cup frozen berries, 1 cup fresh fruit, 1/2 banana, 5 pineapple chunks, 1 cup greek yogurt, 2 Tbl ground flaxseed. When you make the smoothie in your blender, you will need to add your own 2 cups of liquid to the frozen smoothie pack. You can add coconut water, any fruit juice, soy milk, rice milk, almond milk, or just water.
Pulled Chicken- $8.10
5 chicken breasts, 1 cup ketsup, 1/3 cup BBQ sauce, 2 tsp prepared mustard, 1/6 cup water, 1/8 cup apple cider vinegar, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1 Tbl onion powder, 1 1/2 tsp season salt. Crock pot low for 6-7 hours, high for 3-4 hours. Shred chicken
Greek Chicken- $8.10
5 chicken breasts, 1 chopped onion, 1/4 cup olive oil, 2 Tbl lemon juice, 1 Tbl italian seasoning, 1 tsp salt, 3 tsp minced garlic, 1 1/2 tsp lemon pepper. Crock pot on low for 4-6 hours, on high for 2-3 hours. Shred Chicken. Serve on pita or flour tortillas. Serve with lettuce, feta cheese, tomaotes, cucumber. Tzatziki sauce is good too.
Thai Peanut Chicken- $9.90
5 chicken breasts, 2 bell peppers sliced thin, 1/3 cup soy sauce, 1/3 cup chunky peanut butter, 1 tsp ground ginger, 1/2 can chicken broth, 3 Tbl sugar, 2 tsp minced garlic, 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes. Crock pot on low for 6-8 hours. on high for 3-4 hours
California Chicken- $10.20
5 chicken breasts, 1 cup orange juice, 1/3 cup sweet chili sauce, 2 Tbl soy sauce, 1 Tbl brown sugar, 1 tsp dry mustard, 1 tsp garlic salt, 1/2 bell pepper- chopped, 13oz mandarin oranges-drained, 1 can pineapple chunks- NOT drained, 1 tsp curry powder. Crock pot on low for 6-8 hours. On high for 3-4 hours. Shred chicken and serve over rice.
Cilantro lime chicken- $9.30
5 chicken breasts, 1/4 cup lime juice, 1 bunch cilantro- chopped, 1 can corn- NOT drained, 1 can black beans- drained, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp cumin, 1/2 tsp pepper, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 chopped onion. Crock pot low for 6-8 hours. on high for 3-4 hours. Shred Chicken, serve with chips, tortillas and mexican toppings.
Cinnamon Apple Pork Chops- $6.70
6 boneless pork chops, 1 cup apple sauce, 3 Tbl cinnamon. Crock pot on low for 4-6 hours.
