February Freezer Meals

It’s that time again. Time for more Freezer Meals. We will be meeting at the church February 21st at 9am. Signups will be sent around during 3rd hour of church.

Crazy Pineaple Chili- Cost $10.80

1 lb sweet italian turkey sausage, 1 onion- diced, 20oz pineapple tidbits with juice, 2-28oz cans of diced tomatoes, 15oz can black beans- drained, 15oz can great northern beans- drained, 6 oz tomato paste, 1 Tbl chili powder, 3 Tsp cumin, 2 cloves garlic-minced

Crock pot on Low 6-8 hours, on High 4-5 hours, Serve with sour cream, shredded cheese, chips

Chinese Lemon Chicken- Cost $8.30

5 Chicken breats, 1 tsp salt, 6 oz frozen lemonade concentrate, 3 Tbl brown sugar, 1 tsp balsamic vinegar, 3 Tbl ketsup

Crock pot on Low 6-8 hours, on High 4-5 hours, Serve over rice

Brown Sugar Candy Chicken- Cost $8.45

5 Chicken breasts, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/2 cup 7-up, 1/3 cup white wine vinegar, 3 cloves minced garlic, 2 Tbl soy sauce, 1 tsp pepper.

Crock pot on Low 6-8 hours, on High 4-5 hours, Serve over rice

Chicken Broccoli Alfredo- Cost $11.20

3 chicken breasts, 2 jars Alfredo sauce, 16oz frozen broccoli, 1 diced bell pepper, 4 slices bacon- chopped.

Crock pot on Low 6-8 hours, on High 4-5 hours, Shred the chicken and Serve over pasta and top with Parmessan cheese

Hawaiian BBQ Chicken- Cost $11.80

5 Chicken breasts, 1 bottle Hawaiin BBQ sauce, 20oz pineapple tidbits, 1 onion-chopped, 1 bell peper- chopped

Crock pot on Low 6-8 hours, on High 4-5 hours, Shred the chicken and Serve over rice

Italian Roast Beef Sandwiches- Cost $13.80

2 lb Beef roast, 1 pkg italian dressing mix, 1 can beef broth, 1 cup pepperoncini peppers and juice.

Crock pot on Low 6-8 hours, on High 4-5 hours. Shred beef and serve on toasted buns with melted monterey Jack cheese.

Shredded Taco Beef- Cost $13.10

2 lb Beef roast, 1 can beef broth, 4oz chopped green chilis, 2 Tbl lime juice, 1 tsp cumin, 1 Tbl chili powder,1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp onion powder, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp pepper, 1/2 tsp italian seasoning.

Crock pot on Low 6-8 hours, on High 4-5 hours. Shred beef and serve with tacos or burritos or in a taco salad.
